A safe session can change a life. At Women ICS CIC, we create spaces where women can talk openly, be listened to without judgment, and begin to rebuild confidence after difficult experiences. For many, these sessions are the first step towards healing and discovering new possibilities.

By sponsoring a safe session, you directly provide a woman or girl with access to free, confidential support. Your contribution covers the cost of trained facilitators, materials, and the safe environment needed for these vital conversations.

Every session you sponsor helps us:

• Offer women a compassionate space to share what they are going through.
• Provide practical guidance, resources, and pathways to independence.
• Create preventative workshops for young girls, helping them understand healthy relationships and spot red flags early.
