Women ICS CIC

At Women ICS CIC, our mission is to stand beside women who feel trapped in toxic relationships, often unable to leave due to financial dependence, fear, or isolation. We believe no woman should have to choose between her safety and her survival.

Our purpose is twofold: to provide immediate support and long-term solutions. In the short term, we offer life coaching, group support, and free resources that give women clarity, confidence, and coping tools while they rebuild their sense of self. As our founder completes her counselling qualifications, we will expand to include trauma-informed counselling services that meet women where they are with compassion and expertise.

Beyond survival, our goal is empowerment. Many women remain in harmful situations because of financial barriers. Women ICS CIC exists to break that cycle. Through our tailored programs, workshops, and one-to-one guidance, we will support women in finding employment or creating self-employment opportunities. By equipping women with the tools to earn, grow, and stand independently, we open the door to genuine freedom and stability.

Education is at the heart of our mission. We provide workshops both online and in person that teach what healthy relationships look like, how to set boundaries, and how to prevent the cycle of trauma from repeating in future generations. Through these sessions, women not only learn but also experience the safety of community: a place where their voices are heard, their worth is affirmed, and their future is theirs to shape.

We are committed to creating accessible, stigma-free spaces where women receive guidance, resources, and solidarity without judgment or shame. By combining practical support, financial empowerment, and relationship education, Women ICS CIC is building a pathway from surviving to thriving.
